Circa 11 is hiring a Junior Marketing & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day execution of marketing, partnerships, events and brand initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to understand how a hospitality brand is built beyond just social media. You’ll work closely with the marketing team and coordinate across agencies, creators, partners, vendors and internal teams to help move projects from idea to execution.

What you’ll work on

- Social media planning, scheduling and coordination
- Campaign and launch execution across lunch, dinner and events
- Creator, influencer, brand and community outreach
- Event planning and on-ground coordination
- Guest communication and CRM initiatives
- Coordinating shoots, assets, approvals and deliverables
- Maintaining trackers, timelines and follow-ups
- Basic campaign reporting, competitor and trend research
- Supporting corporate and local business outreach




- Stepping in on day-to-day marketing and operational requirements when needed

What we’re looking for

- 0–2 years of relevant experience; strong fresh graduates are welcome
- Explicit written and verbal communication
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Incredibly social
- Comfortable following up and managing multiple moving parts
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently once briefed
- Familiarity with Instagram and social media content
- Genuine interest in hospitality, food, culture, events and brands
- Based in Bengaluru and available to work in person from Indiranagar

Good to have Canva/basic design skills, content capture or editing, experience with creators/agencies/events, and basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
