Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi for a Junior HR Recruiter cum Operations professional supporting export, construction, manufacturing, tools, mining tools, and engineering sectors. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities.

The Junior HR Recruiter will liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements, prepare job postings, follow up on candidate feedback, and assist with offer coordination and onboarding documentation. On the operations side, the role includes maintaining HR records,



assisting with compliance-related documentation, supporting coordination between HR and operations teams, and managing basic administrative tasks relevant to project and workforce needs. The person in this role is expected to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, maintain accurate reports, and contribute to efficient, timely hiring and smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in HR recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Basic understanding of operations in export, construction, manufacturing, tools, mining tools, or engineering sectors, with willingness to learn industry-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in maintaining HR documentation, databases, and spreadsheets, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and operations teams professionally.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize multiple tasks, and work reliably in an on-site, fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with using MS Office or similar tools, email platforms, and basic HR or recruitment software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant internships or 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment are an advantage.
- Understanding of basic HR processes, employment documentation, and compliance norms; experience in a recruitment consultancy or agency setting is a plus.
