Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Junior Executive – Safety to support safety operations at our industrial construction site. The ideal candidate should possess a recognised safety qualification, practical site safety knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and good communication abilities in Tamil and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor site safety policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for workers.
- Monitor work permits, work-at-height activities, hot work, lifting operations, and other high-risk activities.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and assist in preparing safety reports.




- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, supervisors, and site personnel on safety-related matters.
- Maintain safety documentation, inspection checklists, incident records, and daily reports.
- Promote a protected working culture and ensure compliance with client-specific safety requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / Certificate in Industrial Safety or an equivalent recognised safety qualification.
- Strong client coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Practical knowledge of site safety procedures, hazard identification, risk assessment, and accident prevention.
- Ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, and client representatives.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
