About the RoleWe are looking for a visually strong, concept-driven Junior Creative Director to lead the ideation, design and execution of social media creatives for our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualise and create high-quality static posts, carousels, social media campaigns and digital brand communication.

This is a hands-on creative role, not merely a supervisory position. You should be equally comfortable developing a creative concept, writing a sharp headline, designing a carousel and preparing final artwork for publishing.

Key Responsibilities1.

Social Media Creative

Development

- Conceptualise and design engaging static posts, carousels and digital campaign creatives.
- Develop original creative ideas aligned with each client's brand identity, communication objectives and target audience.
- Translate content calendars and marketing briefs into visually compelling communication.
- Create platform-specific designs for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube.
- Develop consistent visual themes, content series and campaign identities.
- Design announcement posts, product creatives, infographics, festive campaigns and corporate communication assets.

2. Art Direction & Visual Storytelling
- Establish strong visual directions for social media content.
- Apply typography, colour theory, composition, layout and visual hierarchy effectively.
- Develop mood boards, design references and campaign concepts.
- Maintain creative consistency across multiple brands while ensuring each has a distinct visual identity.
- Convert complex information into simple, engaging visual narratives.
- Create visually coherent,

3. Copywriting & Content Ideation
- Develop strong headlines, hooks and concise copy for social media creatives.
- Structure carousel narratives with a clear opening, progression and conclusion.
- Collaborate with content strategists and writers to refine messaging.
- Understand the difference between B2B and B2C communication.
- Contribute original ideas during monthly content planning and brainstorming sessions.

4. Design & Execution
- Independently design and deliver professional, publication-ready creatives.
- Prepare designs in multiple aspect ratios and platform specifications.
- Work with editors and motion designers to translate static concepts into short-form animated content.
- Maintain organised design files, templates and brand assets.
- Incorporate client feedback efficiently without compromising design quality.
- Manage multiple client requirements while meeting committed deadlines.

5. AI-Assisted Creative Production
- Use generative AI tools to develop visual concepts, backgrounds, campaign imagery and creative assets.
- Demonstrate proficiency or working familiarity with tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT image generation and other AI design platforms.
- Combine AI-generated visuals with professional design and compositing techniques.
- Ensure brand consistency, visual quality and accuracy of AI-generated assets.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, digital marketing agency or design studio.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional static posts, carousels and digital campaigns.
- Ability to independently take a brief from concept to finished design.
- Excellent aesthetic judgement and understanding of contemporary design trends.
- Strong command over typography, image selection, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial communication objectives.
- Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously.
- Positive understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content styles.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new creative technologies.
