Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Pune District.

The Junior

Architect will support the design and development of architectural concepts, assist in preparing drawings and documentation, and collaborate with senior architects on interior and exterior design solutions. Daily tasks include participating in client briefings, translating requirements into design proposals, coordinating with project teams, and helping ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the fit-out and construction process. The role also involves working with relevant software tools for drafting and visualization,



contributing to design presentations, and assisting in basic project coordination and follow-up activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and interior detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and coordinating with consultants and contractors.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only as they relate to architectural software tools, design workflows, and data coordination within project teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
- Solid attention to detail, ability to interpret client requirements, and willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, and openness to feedback.
- Interest in sustainable design practices and awareness of current architectural trends are beneficial.
