About the Role

Espacio is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team at KINFRA, Ramanattukara. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural detailing, 3D modeling, and client interaction. The candidate will work closely with the design team to develop architectural drawings, create realistic 3D visualizations, and assist in delivering high-quality design solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop accurate 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and realistic visualizations using SketchUp, D5 Render, 3ds Max, or similar software.
- Prepare detailed drawings and 3D presentations based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop and refine architectural concepts.
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Incorporate client feedback and design revisions into drawings and 3D models.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all drawings and design presentations.
- Coordinate with project teams to support the smooth execution of design projects.
- Maintain project files, drawings, and design documentation in an organized manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design.




- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailed architectural drawings.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, D5 Render, and/or 3ds Max for 3D modeling and visualization.
- Positive understanding of architectural detailing, space planning, and construction drawings.
- Strong visualisation skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and client interaction skills.
- Ability to understand design requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn new tools and improve design skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing detailed working drawings for residential or commercial projects.
- Knowledge of rendering techniques and presentation-quality 3D visualizations.
- Experience in handling design modifications based on client feedback.
- A portfolio showcasing previous architectural drawings and 3D modeling projects.
