Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Visualisation:

Assist in developing preliminary design concepts, space programming, and schematic layouts. Produce high-quality 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentation decks for client reviews.

Prepare physical or digital study models as needed.

- Technical & Production:

Draft detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior joinery/construction details. Assist in preparing Good For Construction (GFC) drawings, municipal sanction drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate drawings with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural consultants under senior supervision.

- Project Execution & Site Coordination:

Assist in compiling material schedules, finish specifications, and vendor documentation. Conduct periodic site visits to check construction progress, verify site measurements, and ensure alignment with design intent.

Document site progress reports and maintain organized project drawing logs.

- Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)



or equivalent. Experience: 0–2 years of architectural experience (internship experience included).
- Software Proficiency:

CAD/BIM: AutoCAD (essential), Revit / ArchiCAD (preferred). 3D & Rendering: SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.

Design Suite: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

- Core Skills:

Robust understanding of spatial planning, materials, and architectural details. Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced studio environment.

Timeliness: On-time completion of design tasks and drawing deliverables.

Proactivity: Demonstrating initiative in problem-solving and studio workflows.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
