Job Summary We are looking for a Junior Account Executive with Fresher to 3 years of experience in accounting and Manage basic entries and field wortk like Banking and documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accounting Software (Empire)Knowledge of Empire accounting software is required. Create, manage, and update accounting entries accurately.
- Accounting Entries & RecordsHandle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain proper records of business transactions.
- Computer & Excel SkillsBasic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Excel are required for data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
- Banking ActivitiesMust have a personal bike and a valid driving licence to handle occasional bank visits and other banking-related work.
- Data ManagementMaintain accurate accounting data, update records, and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresher to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Empire accounting software.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to create and manage accounting entries.
- Own bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and punctual.
Salary ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
