Shah and Doshi, Chartered Accountants is hiring Junior Accountants for our Mulund West office. We welcome fresh commerce graduates and candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience who have sound accounting fundamentals and want to develop practical expertise in accounting, taxation and financial reporting.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com / BAF / BMS (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent commerce qualification
- Sound knowledge of accounting concepts, debit-credit principles, journal entries and ledger accounts is mandatory
- Basic understanding of trial balance and bank reconciliation
- Familiarity with Tally / TallyPrime and MS Excel preferred
- Basic awareness of GST and TDS is an advantage
- Good attention to detail, willingness to learn and responsible work attitude
- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply
- Candidates residing in Mulund or nearby areas preferred

Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts using Tally / TallyPrime / Zoho Books
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, bank and journal entries
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in ledger scrutiny
- Assist in debtor, creditor, advance and expense reconciliations




- Support GST return workings, TDS calculations and compliance activities
- Assist in accounts finalisation and preparation of financial schedules
- Prepare Excel workings and maintain accounting documentation
- Coordinate with clients for invoices, bank statements and other records
- Support seniors in accounting, taxation and audit assignments
