Role Description The Jr Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across various platforms in line with client and agency goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, coordinating with design and content teams, monitoring engagement and performance metrics, and responding to comments or messages as needed.

The role also involves supporting digital marketing campaigns, staying current with social media trends and platform updates, and preparing basic performance reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to support campaign planning, audience targeting, and basic performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent writing, professional client interaction, and effective collaboration within the team.
- Candidates should have a basic understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret engagement and reach data.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site agency environment.
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, will be preferred.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in social media or digital marketing, especially in an agency setting, is an advantage.
