Job Summary

Navera Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support quantity surveying activities at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for site measurements, quantity verification, subcontractor billing, BOQ support, material quantity tracking, and coordination with the site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities of work executed.
- Prepare and maintain measurement sheets for civil and construction activities.
- Assist in preparing and checking subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements.
- Verify quantities executed against the BOQ and approved drawings.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Check quantities of concrete, steel, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, and other construction works.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Track material quantities received, consumed, and required at site.
- Identify and report quantity variations and discrepancies between drawings, BOQ, and actual site work.
- Assist in preparing rate analysis, reconciliation statements, and variation statements.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, quantities, and site documentation.




- Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate quantity calculations.
- Support the Senior QS / QS Manager in project cost and quantity control.
- Visit project sites regularly and ensure QS records are updated.
- Perform other QS-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Site QS preferred.
- Freshers with good knowledge of construction measurements and estimation may apply.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and site activities.
- Understanding of BOQ, quantity take-off, measurements, and billing.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and coordinate with site teams.
