The Junior Quantity Surveyor will be based at the project site and will handle measurement, billing and contract records for subcontractor works.
Key Responsibilities
- Take off quantities from drawings and record measurements at site
- Enter and maintain measurement sheets
- Prepare and verify subcontractor Running Account (RA) bills
- Verify bills submitted by contractors against work orders, approved rates and measured quantities
- Maintain records of work orders, rates and amendments
- Record and track client-requested changes and variations
- Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to verify measurements
Qualification and Experience
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 1–2 years of site experience in quantity surveying and billing
- Working knowledge of IS 1200 measurement methods, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
- Experience on residential building projects preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
