We are hiring on behalf of a mandate-led real estate advisory firm that works with developers, investors and NRIs on premium residential and commercial projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing for real estate projects. The role covers online advertising, social media management, lead generation and campaign performance tracking. You will also work with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

- Plan, execute and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Generate quality leads through online marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates

Social Media & Content

- Manage social media pages for the firm and its projects
- Coordinate content creation, creatives and promotional activities

Website & SEO

- Handle website updates, landing pages and online promotional campaigns
- Implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic

CRM, Sales Coordination & Reporting

- Track and manage leads through CRM systems,



with accurate and timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead status, improve conversions and achieve marketing targets
- Use digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and AI tools to improve campaign performance
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation and marketing ROI

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and online lead generation
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and CRM tools
- Knowledge of social media management and digital content coordination
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and improve lead quality
- Good communication, coordination and analytical skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing and AI tools is an advantage

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- Digital Marketing Certification is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or property marketing
- Practical experience in paid advertising and lead generation
- Candidates from or near Thane, Ghodbunder Road, Mulund, Bhandup, Kalwa, Dombivli, Kalyan or Bhiwandi preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
