Hands-on QE with AI

- Lead the team’s Quality Engineering (QE) capability and drive a risk-based quality strategy covering functional, security, resilience, maintainability, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python for API, event-driven, contract, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Advance Agentic AI-driven testing with GitHub Copilot, RAG, MCP, and AI agents, ensuring reliable assertions, reproducibility, governance, and independent validation of AI-generated outputs.
- Embed testing into CI/CD using GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Harness, Backstage, GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform, with transparent quality evidence, reporting, and release-readiness support.




- Mentor engineering teams on quality practices, manage the quality improvement backlog, improve testability across domains, and convert production defects into automated regression tests in collaboration with product, architecture, security, and operations teams.
