Chunawala Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Advocate to join our team in Fort, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in real estate and property-related legal matters, with good drafting, documentation, research, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, notices, affidavits, and other legal correspondence.
- Handle real estate and property-related legal documentation, including sale agreements, leave and licence agreements, and other property documents.
- Conduct legal research and assist in interpreting applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with property title verification, due diligence, and document scrutiny.
- Coordinate with clients, lawyers, government authorities, and other stakeholders regarding legal matters.
- Assist in preparing documentation for legal proceedings and court-related matters, as required.
- Maintain proper records of legal documents, case files, and correspondence.




- Ensure legal documentation is accurate and completed within the required timelines.

Required Qualifications
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Valid Sanad and enrolment with the Bar Council.
- AIBE qualification is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in real estate, property law, or conveyancing is preferred.
- Strong drafting, legal research, documentation, and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Candidate We are looking for someone who is organised, responsible, proactive, and capable of handling legal documentation efficiently while working collaboratively with the team.
