JOB ID:QT-MAP-10-755 We are looking for an experienced Jira Specialist with solid hands-on expertise in the Atlassian product suite, including Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, and third-party add-ons. The ideal candidate should have experience in Jira administration, workflow customization, automation, integrations, reporting, and REST API services to support enterprise-level business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and support Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Configure and manage third-party add-ons such as Structure, Insight (Assets), and Zephyr.
- Design and implement Jira workflows, custom issue types, forms, templates, fields, and attributes.
- Enable enterprise-level business processes using Jira and Confluence.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Jira development tools and REST APIs.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and reporting applications.




- Configure Jira automation rules to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, resolve technical challenges, and optimize Jira performance and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver customized Atlassian solutions.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the Atlassian product suite.
- Solid expertise in Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Experience with Structure, Insight/Assets, Zephyr, and other Jira add-ons.
- Knowledge of Jira administration, workflow configuration, and automation.
- Experience with Jira REST APIs, integrations, and development tools.
- Expertise in reporting, dashboards, and enterprise process configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
