Job Summary-

We are seeking an experienced Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) functional consultant with 10+ years of expertise in JDE ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, integrations, and support engagements. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Finance, Accounting, with proven experience delivering global ERP transformation programs across multiple geographies.

The role requires solid leadership in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, business process transformation, stakeholder management, solution design, system implementation, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

- Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, AS-IS and TO-BE assessments.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend optimized business solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and solution blueprints.
- Align regional business processes with global ERP templates and standards.
- Able to support closure activity.

Oracle JDE Functional Leadership

- Configure and support JDE EnterpriseOne modules:
- Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)
- Drive business process improvements and ERP best practice adoption.

Implementation & Deployment

- Lead CRP, iCRP, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and stabilization activities.
- Manage data migration, data validation,



and system integration efforts.
- Support country-specific localization and statutory compliance requirements.
- Deliver user training and prepare operational documentation.

Integration & Reporting

- Manage system integrations with third-party applications.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, revenue recognition, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Support audit, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish testing standards and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

- 10+ years of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience.
- Experience in leading global ERP rollouts and multi-country implementations.
- Proven delivery experience across USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
