Role & Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage jewellery collections, product assortment, and merchandising across retail stores.
- Analyse sales reports, customer preferences, and market trends to identify rapid- and slow-moving products.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and retail teams for product development, sampling, and stock availability.
- Manage SKU creation, product costing, pricing, barcoding, and product master data.
- Monitor stock levels, inter-store transfers, replenishment, and inventory ageing.
- Ensure proper product display, assortment planning, and visual merchandising standards across stores.
- Prepare regular MIS reports on sales, inventory, stock movement, and product performance.

Requirements:





- Experience in jewellery merchandising, preferably silver jewellery.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, product costing, and sales analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and organisational skills.
