Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong AWS cloud expertise and Python scripting/development skills to join in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing scalable backend applications using Java, deploying and managing cloud-based solutions on AWS, and using Python for automation, scripting, and application development.

This is a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity for a professional interested in a long-term career prospect.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
- Use Python for automation, scripting, data processing, and backend integration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure application reliability.
- Implement secure coding practices and follow software development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD processes.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL,



Oracle, or DynamoDB.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving application performance, automation, and cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8+, and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and application deployment.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and development.
- Experience with SQL and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), debugging, and testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation).
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or Amazon SQS/SNS.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting applications in AWS environments.
