Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an ITI Fitter to support the installation, commissioning, inspection, and servicing of equipment at customer sites and in-house. The role involves mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring work is completed safely and according to technical specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Install, assemble, align, and commission units and mechanical components at site.

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing of installed units.

Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs or replacement of parts.

Read and follow engineering drawings, technical manuals, and installation instructions.

Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and correctly.

Coordinate with service engineers, electricians, and customers during installation and service visits.

Maintain service reports, installation records,



and details of materials or spare parts used.

Follow company procedures, site safety requirements, and quality standards.

Travel to customer locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

ITI certificate in Fitter trade from a recognized institute.

Freshers may apply; relevant installation, maintenance, or field-service experience is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of mechanical fitting, assembly, alignment, and troubleshooting.

Ability to read basic technical drawings and use measuring tools.

Comfortable using hand and power tools and working at customer sites.

Willingness to travel for installation and service work.

Positive communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Valid driving licence is an advantage, if applicable.
