We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate should have relevant IT support experience, good troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and computer networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Manage system updates, antivirus software, and device maintenance.
- Monitor network connectivity and ensure smooth IT operations.
- Maintain IT records and technical documentation.
- Identify technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve computer and software problems efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant experience in IT Support or as an IT Executive is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
- Understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and networking.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
