Job Overview

Bandevi Global Group is looking for motivated and target-orientated IT sales agents to join our team and handle clients across the US and UK markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and convert prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Promote and sell IT services, including website development, software solutions, and digital services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers, and schedule meetings or demos.
- Follow up with prospects, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
- Maintain client information, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handovers.
- Communicate professionally with international clients across different time zones.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or international sales is preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
- Strong cold-calling, lead-generation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Basic understanding of website development, software, or IT services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the Gurugram office.
