Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.

- Promote and demonstrate the Journie software solution to prospective clients.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

- Schedule product demos and meetings with potential clients.

- Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into paying customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings,



and customer feedback.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

- Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, or SaaS platforms.

- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.

- Ability to build relationships and work toward sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
