Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Recruitment Specialist role based in Indore. The IT Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.

The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, creating accurate job postings, and maintaining a solid pipeline of qualified IT candidates. Daily responsibilities include conducting candidate outreach, assessing technical and cultural fit, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.



The specialist will also maintain recruitment metrics, support employer branding initiatives, and help optimize recruitment strategies to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technology Recruitment and IT Recruitment skills, with experience hiring for diverse technical roles.
- Candidates should possess solid Recruiting and Hiring skills, including end-to-end talent acquisition and interview coordination.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and engage candidates effectively.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and modern recruitment platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Relevant experience in IT or SaaS environments and understanding of CRM or enterprise software is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
