Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals while ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

- Understand job requirements and technical skills in coordination with hiring managers.

- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.

- Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

- Negotiate salary packages and manage candidate expectations.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports.

- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field.

- 15 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.

- Knowledge of technical roles such as Software Developer, Java Developer, Python Developer, .NET Developer, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Data Analyst, and other IT positions.

- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.

- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.

- Good knowledge of recruitment processes, salary negotiation, and candidate relationship management.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for IT services companies or product-based organizations.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.

- Experience with bulk hiring and niche technical hiring.

- Knowledge of notice periods, salary structures, and joining formalities.

- Number of positions closed per month.

- Time-to-fill and turnaround time for requirements.

- Candidate submission-to-interview ratio.

- Interview-to-selection ratio.

- Offer-to-joining ratio.

- Quality of hire and hiring manager satisfaction.
