IT Project Coordinator / Project Manager – CCTV & IT Infrastructure

Experience: 5–7 Years | Location: Delhi NCR | Full-Time, On-site

About the Role

Manage end-to-end CCTV surveillance, networking and IT infrastructure projects, including installation, testing, complete commissioning, client handover, and post-warranty support.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate site surveys, deployment, installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning and final handover.

· Manage post-warranty support, AMC, preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment replacement and service escalations.

· Coordinate engineers, technicians, OEMs, vendors and government/PSU clients to meet project timelines and SLAs.

· Track site progress, manpower, materials, system uptime, complaints and resolution timelines.

· Prepare MIS/DPRs, commissioning and handover reports, asset registers, maintenance schedules and project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT,



Telecommunications or a related field.

· 5–7 years’ experience in CCTV, surveillance, networking, IT infrastructure or system integration projects.

· Knowledge of IP cameras, networking equipment, ANPR/video analytics, installation, integration and commissioning.

· Hands-on experience in post-warranty support, AMC operations, vendor management and SLA compliance.

· Robust coordination, reporting, documentation and client-handling skills.

Preferred Experience

Government/PSU surveillance projects, Police CCTV, Smart City, ICCC/DCCC, multi-site deployments and 24×7 service operations.

On-time commissioning and handover; system uptime and SLA adherence; timely complaint resolution; effe ctive post-warranty/AMC support; and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
