About the role

Were looking for an IT Recruitment Specialist to identify and recruit technology professionals for our clients. You’ll work with recruitment leads, client engagement teams, and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, source relevant candidates, and support hiring from initial screening through joining.

This role suits someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning about technology, and managing a responsive recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, including technical skills, experience, seniority, compensation, location, and joining timelines.
- Source IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional communities, and internal databases.
- Recruit for roles across software development, QA and testing, cloud and DevOps, data and analytics, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and technical support.
- Screen candidates for relevant experience, exposure to required technologies, communication skills, career interests, and availability.
- Distinguish between essential and preferred skills to shortlist candidates against agreed requirements.
- Prepare clear candidate summaries covering relevant skills, experience, compensation expectations, and notice periods.
- Coordinate technical interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
- Support offer discussions and maintain regular follow-ups through acceptance and joining.




- Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill IT positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Work toward agreed targets for relevant submissions, interviews, offers, and successful joinings.
- Follow fair hiring practices and handle candidate information confidentially.

What we’re looking for

- 2–3 years of recruitment experience; fresh graduates with relevant internships and an interest in IT recruitment are welcome.
- Basic understanding of common IT roles, technology stacks, and software development terminology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good sourcing, screening, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing hiring priorities.
- Willingness to learn recent technologies and understand how they relate to hiring requirements.
- A degree in HR, business, IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, other job portals, or an applicant tracking system.
- Familiarity with Boolean search and proactive sourcing.
- Exposure to recruitment for IT services companies, technology consulting firms, or product companies.
- For candidates with 2–3 years of experience, the ability to independently manage assigned IT positions from sourcing through joining.
