Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to manage day-to-day IT operations at our plant/branch. The role involves providing technical support to employees, managing IT infrastructure, hardware and software setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting ERP-related operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees across departments and resolve hardware, software and system-related issues.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, email applications, antivirus and other business software.
- Support IT infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, network connectivity, routers and switches.
- Handle recent system setup, software installation,



user account creation and access management.
- Provide support for ERP applications and assist users in resolving system access, transaction and application-related issues.
- Coordinate with the central IT team, ERP support team and external vendors for issue resolution and maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventories, software records, service requests and troubleshooting documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Follow IT security policies, data protection practices, backup procedures and company IT guidelines.
- Support IT equipment procurement, installation, configuration and replacement as required.
