Job Title: IT Executive – Systems & Technical Support

About the Role

We are looking for a technically solid IT professional to manage daily IT support, laptop procurement, software installation, business systems and data backups.

Key Responsibilities

- Source laptops, desktops and IT accessories; compare quotations and coordinate with vendors for purchases and repairs.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, email and other company software.
- Verify and maintain genuine Windows, Microsoft Office and other software licences.
- Support Zoho applications, CRM and ERP systems, including user setup, access management and troubleshooting.
- Handle laptop, printer, Wi-Fi, internet and other hardware or software issues.
- Manage data backups and restore or transfer files, photos and other data from laptops and mobile devices when authorised.




- Set up devices and accounts for new employees and securely manage access removal and data handover during exits.
- Provide basic website and domain support and coordinate with developers or service providers when required.
- Maintain IT asset records, software subscriptions, licence renewals and vendor details.
- Protect company data through access controls, antivirus updates and secure backup practices.

Requirements

- Strong practical knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, MS Office and networking.
- Working knowledge of Zoho, CRM and ERP systems.
- Experience in software licensing, data backup and troubleshooting.
- Ability to resolve issues independently and explain solutions clearly to employees.
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
