Responsibilities

- Evaluate business requirements and functional specifications to develop scalable technical solutions, integrations, and application enhancements.
- Design, develop, test, and support customizations and extensions for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud applications.
- Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and middleware technologies.
- Develop technical solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, XML Publisher, OAF, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Design and implement automation solutions leveraging AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent workflow technologies to improve business productivity and operational efficiency.
- Develop AI-assisted applications, chatbots, copilots, intelligent document processing, and workflow automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, integrations, and database processes.
- Collaborate with Functional IT teams to analyze requirements, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud upgrades, enhancements, data migrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Develop and consume APIs, microservices,



and event-driven integrations to support enterprise business processes.
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for IT and business stakeholders.
- Research emerging Oracle, AI, cloud, and automation technologies and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security, and best practices.
- Manage development activities and prioritize tasks according to project and business requirements.
- Work effectively in Agile and Waterfall project environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in software development, Oracle application development, or enterprise application support.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Technical Stack and/or Oracle Cloud Technologies.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, Oracle Integration patterns, and middleware concepts.
- Solid programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Understanding of Oracle technologies such as:
- Oracle EBS Technical
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- OAF (Oracle Application Framework)
- BI Publisher
- Oracle APEX
- Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Components
- Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) (preferred)

- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI agents, and automation platforms.
- Experience developing automation scripts, workflow solutions, APIs, and data integration solutions.
- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to work effectively in global teams and Offshore-Onsite delivery models.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
