IT Assistant

Experience: 2-4 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, software, drivers, and updates.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system performance issues.
- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and camera connectivity.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, network cables, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Provide on-site IT support to employees and resolve technical complaints promptly.
- Maintain IT asset inventories and records of service requests and resolutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment.




- Coordinate with the central IT team and external vendors for technical issues requiring escalation.
- Follow company IT policies and information security guidelines.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, IP addressing, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Practical understanding of CCTV/IP cameras, NVR/DVR, and network connectivity.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide on-site technical support in a plant setting.
