Inventory Executive

Location: Surat,Althan

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day inventory and stock records
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely updates
- Handle Purchase Orders (PO) creation, tracking, and coordination
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and labeling of inventory
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams
- Update inventory details in inventory management software / ERP system
- Prepare inventory reports and share with management as required
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Experience in stock management & inventory control
- Hands-on experience with inventory software / ERP
- Uniware software knowledge preferred
- Basic knowledge of procurement & PO process
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in warehouse or operations setting
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
