Groview Solutions is a digital marketing company focused on helping businesses grow through digital marketing, branding, and business development solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to gain practical experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview schedules.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and recruitment updates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and employee record management.
- Support attendance tracking, leave records, and other HR administrative activities.
- Coordinate with candidates, employees, and the management team as required.

Required Skills




- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Interest in recruitment and Human Resource Management.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
- Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Eligibility
- MBA (HR), BBA, or a related degree.
- Freshers and students interested in gaining practical HR experience may apply.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
