- Organizing: Inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, label items, and organize storage spaces using methods like FIFO (First-In,

- Restocking: Monitor reorder points, place replenishment orders with vendors, and source out-of-stock items when necessary. Loss Mitigation &
- Reporting: Analyze stock turnover rates, track shrinkage or damage, and generate reports for management to improve supply chain efficiency
