Required Skills Eligibility Minimum 5+ years of experience in an International Voice Process, preferably with experience in US Sales.

Hands-on experience in handling US International Voice Process.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Proven experience in team handling with formal Team Lead experience.

Prior experience in US Voice Process and International Sales.

Strong ability to drive team performance and achieve business targets.

Good understanding of sales, customer handling, and conversion techniques.

Experience in product sales as a Team Lead will be preferred.

Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.

Willingness to work in US Night Shifts. Age: Below 35 years.

Roles Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of associates to achieve individual and team targets.

Drive the team to meet and exceed sales and business targets.

Monitor team performance and take appropriate actions to improve productivity.

Coach, mentor, and groom team members to enhance their performance.





Handle customer escalations and ensure effective resolution.

Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and business requirements.

Track key performance metrics and share regular performance updates with the Process Manager.

Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate improvement plans.

Motivate the team and maintain high levels of engagement and productivity. "

Support the team in achieving business demand and operational goals.

Ensure effective customer handling and maintain a robust focus on customer satisfaction.

Report to the Process Manager and work closely with the leadership team to achieve process objectives.
