Business Development Executive (BDE) – B2C Sales

Work Mode: Work From Home

Salary: ₹4 – 5.5 LPA + incenticves

Experience: Prior B2C Sales experience required

Shift Window: 6:00 AM – 3:00 AM (9-hour shift scheduled within this window)

Job Responsibilities

- Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain suitable programs and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain follow-up records and update customer details as required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2C Sales is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Personal laptop and stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection are mandatory.
- Comfortable working a 9-hour shift scheduled within the specified shift window.
