Job Overview

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Non-Voice Support Process in Whitefield, Bangalore. Candidates must have prior experience in international chat support and be comfortable working in a fully international environment supporting UK and US customers.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international non-voice support channels, primarily chat.
- Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain quality standards, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Follow process guidelines, documentation standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Communicate effectively with international customers and ensure a seamless support experience.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat Support.
- Education: 12th pass through regular schooling or any graduate.
- Open university qualifications are not eligible.
- Strong written English communication and customer-handling skills are required.
- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts, and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Whitefield, Bangalore.





Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹4.8 LPA, depending on previous compensation and experience.
- Working Days: 5 days a week.
- Week-Offs: 2 rotational week-offs; no fixed weekly off.
- Shift Timings: Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Cab Facility: Available within a 24 km radius, subject to company transport policies.
- Health Insurance: Medical coverage as per company policy.
