- Partnership Management:

Experience coordinating institutional partnerships, managing collaboration agreements, overseeing joint initiatives, and maintaining ongoing relationships with university representatives.

- University Recruitment &

- Student Recruitment:

Understanding of international student recruitment processes, university admission requirements, recruitment agreements, and international education markets.

- Communication &

- Negotiation:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct professional outreach, prepare partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

- Qualifications &

- Industry Experience:





A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in international education, study abroad consulting, university liaison, or institutional business development is an advantage.

- Relationship Management &

- Networking:

Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with international university representatives, admissions teams, and institutional decision-makers.

- Organization &

- Reporting:

Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain partnership databases, track outreach activities, prepare reports, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
