Job DescriptionAimlay is looking for an International Customer Support Executive to interact with international customers, understand their requirements, provide relevant information about our services, and coordinate with the sales and counselling teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls to international customers and prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and assess their interest in Aimlay’s services.
- Provide accurate information and maintain customer interaction records.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams for follow-ups and lead allocation.
- Achieve daily calling, customer engagement,



and Zoom meeting targets.

Requirements
- Any graduate preferred.
- 6 months–3 years of experience in international customer support, tele-calling, or voice processes.
- Prior international process exposure is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills and confidence in handling international calls.
- Strong customer interaction skills and a target-oriented approach.
