Job Title: International Tech Sales Agent – U.S. Process (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused International Tech Sales Agent to support our U.S. sales process during the night shift. You’ll connect with prospective customers, understand their technology needs, explain relevant products or services, and help convert qualified leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective U.S. customers.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable technology products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and accurately.
- Qualify leads, address questions, and handle objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM.
- Meet individual and team targets for calls, appointments, and sales.
- Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow company procedures and applicable calling, privacy, and data-handling requirements.

Requirements





- Solid spoken English and clear communication skills.
- Sales, telesales, or customer-service experience preferred; tech sales experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- A professional, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

- Night shift, aligned with the U.S. process.
- Working days, exact hours, and weekly schedule to be confirmed by the employer.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
