Role Description This is a full-time, in office Intern role located in the Pune District. The intern will support the engineering and production teams in day-to-day activities such as assisting with design documentation, preparing basic technical drawings under supervision, and helping with data collection and analysis for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities may include coordinating with shop-floor staff, supporting quality checks, maintaining project files, and updating records related to furnace and heat-treatment system fabrication.



The intern will also be expected to follow safety guidelines, participate in team meetings, and contribute to process improvements while gaining hands-on exposure to industrial furnace and oven manufacturing.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in mechanical or industrial engineering concepts, preferably through ongoing or completed studies in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Basic familiarity with engineering drawings and tools (e.g., CAD software, measurement instruments) and an interest in manufacturing and heat-treatment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in data collection, documentation, and quality-related tasks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers, supervisors, and shop-floor personnel in a team environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Pune District, learn from hands-on assignments, and adhere to safety and operational procedures.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
