- Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior execution works at project sites.

- Coordinate with the Interior Manager, Site Engineers, designers, contractors, vendors and other relevant departments.

- Verify site measurements, material requirements and work progress to ensure accuracy and minimise wastage.

- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements and project specifications.

- Identify execution issues, material shortages and potential delays, and report them promptly to the reporting manager.

- Ensure proper utilisation of materials, tools and manpower at the site.

- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports with photographs, as required.

- Ensure that all works are executed according to approved designs, drawings, budgets and timelines.

Educational Qualification





- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Relevant technical qualifications and practical experience in interior execution will be considered.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in interior execution, site supervision or interior finishing works.

- Experience in residential apartments, villas or premium interior projects.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of interior materials, finishing works and execution methods.

- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings and specifications.

- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Good attention to detail and quality consciousness.
