- Supervise and coordinate daily residential interior site activities.
- Monitor carpentry, modular installation, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with carpenters, technicians, vendors, and other site workers.
- Track material requirements and ensure proper usage at the site.
- Monitor work progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of residential interior projects.
Requirements
- Experience in residential interior site supervision is preferred.
- Knowledge of interior installation, finishing, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site workers and meet project deadlines.
