About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Civil/Fit-Out Engineer with specialized expertise in finishing works, fire safety installations, precision tiling, and plumbing execution for high-end interior projects in Delhi. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into flawless site execution while managing specialized sub-contractors and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Finishing Works Execution: Supervise all interior finishing trades (painting, wall paneling, false ceiling, architectural hardware, and surface treatments) to achieve premium aesthetic finishes.
- Fire Safety & Protection Systems: Oversee the installation, routing, and coordination of fire safety systems—including sprinkler networks, fire alarm wiring, smoke detectors, and hydrants—ensuring compliance with local fire codes.
- Tiling & Flooring Supervision: Manage precision floor and wall tiling operations, marble/granite laying, waterproofing, skirting, and jointing with zero-tolerance for uneven levels or lippage.
- Plumbing & Sanitary Works: Coordinate and monitor concealed and exposed plumbing layouts, drainage lines, fixture installations (WC, washbasins, CP fittings), and pressure testing.
- Sub-contractor & Labor Management: Direct specialized execution teams,



track daily outputs, and maintain strict quality control across all active trades.
- Drawing Compliance & Quality Checks: Ensure all site execution strictly matches architectural, MEP, and interior layout drawings. Conduct routine QA/QC checks for incoming materials and completed assemblies.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Update daily logs, monitor milestone timelines, and resolve site coordination issues between finishing, fire safety, and MEP teams proactively.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of dedicated site experience in commercial or residential interior fit-outs, with specific, demonstrable exposure to high-end finishing, fire fighting systems, and tiling/plumbing coordination.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong command over reading and executing interior, structural, and service (fire/plumbing) drawings.
- In-depth understanding of material specifications, waterproofing standards, and fire safety norms.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Solid coordination skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple specialized execution teams under strict deadlines.
