Role Description This is a full time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Ghaziabad.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and producing detailed drawings and specifications for hospitality and residential projects. Day-to-day activities include space planning, coordinating with architects and contractors, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, vendors,



and other design team members, participating in client presentations, and supporting site visits to review workmanship and resolve design issues.

The Interior

Designer will contribute to project documentation, assist in material sourcing, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with Exin Design Studio’s quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to develop functional, aesthetically compelling layouts.
- Working knowledge of Architecture and coordination with multidisciplinary teams on integrated design solutions.
- Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution and compliance.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, including finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) and standard office tools.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Strong visual presentation, material knowledge, and detailing skills, with attention to quality and budget considerations.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects.
- Experience in hospitality or luxury residential design is highly beneficial.
