We are looking for entrepreneurial GTM Partners with strong relationships across marketing leadership to help SalesMonk build its presence among CMOs, Heads of GTM, CROs, Heads of Events, GTM Leaders and senior revenue operators at mid-sized and growing companies.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the challenges of generating a predictable pipeline and has an established network of marketing and GTM leaders who are exploring better ways to combine AI-powered outbound events and modern demand generation

Responsibilities:

- Develop and leverage a strong network of CMOs, Heads of GTM, CROs, Heads of Events, Demand Generation Leaders and senior marketing professionals .

- Introduce marketing leaders to SalesMonk's AI-powered outbound and pipeline-generation capabilities .

- Identify companies looking to generate more qualified leads through AI-powered prospecting and event-led lead generation .

- Understand a company's growth and demand-generation strategy and identify where AI can improve prospecting, outbound and lead generation.
- Identify relevant events, conferences, communities and industry platforms where SalesMonk can build relationships and generate pipeline.
- Help connect SalesMonk with the right event organisers, sponsors, exhibitors, marketing leaders and potential customers .

- Generate referrals and qualified introductions through your network.




- Either make introductions as a referral partner or participate in the sales process through to closure.
- Help position SalesMonk around the customer's specific demand generation, outbound and event-led pipeline challenges .

- Build long-term relationships with marketing leaders and become a trusted partner around AI-powered growth.
- Stay current on AI, demand generation, outbound sales, event-led growth, marketing technology and modern GTM strategies .

Company Support: You won't be expected to build and execute everything yourself. SalesMonk provides the AI-powered engine and execution support behind the relationships you bring in.

SalesMonk will provide:

- Dedicated BD support for AI-powered outbound campaigns, cold calling, discovery and demos .

- AI-powered prospecting and lead-generation capabilities to support outbound and event-led campaigns.
- Product training and sales enablement.
- Marketing collateral, case studies and partner enablement material.
- Support for events, webinars and market-development initiatives .

- Campaign support to identify and engage prospects before, during and after events .

- Customer onboarding and trials handled by the SalesMonk team.




- Full sales and marketing support for partners who prefer to operate purely as referral partners.

Requirements:

- Strong network of CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of GTM, Demand Generation Leaders, CROs or senior marketing/revenue professionals .

- 8–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, marketing, sales, GTM, consulting, partnerships, events or related fields.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, outbound and pipeline creation .

- Experience or strong relationships within the SaaS, technology, marketing or events ecosystem .

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Comfortable discussing AI-powered prospecting and its application to modern marketing and GTM .

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and open doors independently.
- A strong network and ability to create introductions is more significant than having a traditional marketing background.

Compensation: Royalty Share: Upto 15% of deals on referrals and upto 7% royalty 2 year onwards
