We are seeking entrepreneurial GTM Partners to join SalesMonk and help us build relationships with CROs, Heads of GTM, CMOs, Heads of Events, GTM Leaders and senior revenue operators at mid-sized and growing companies.

This role is ideal for experienced sales and GTM professionals who understand the challenges of building a predictable pipeline and already have a strong network within the revenue ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and leverage a robust network of CROs, VPs of Sales, Heads of GTM, Revenue Leaders, Heads of Events and senior sales executives .

- Introduce revenue leaders to SalesMonk's AI-powered prospecting and outbound capabilities .

- Identify companies where AI can reduce manual prospecting and help generate more qualified pipeline.
- Identify opportunities to combine AI-powered outbound with event-led lead generation to create and nurture pipeline.

- Make relevant introductions and generate qualified opportunities through your network.
- Identify relevant events, conferences, communities and industry platforms where SalesMonk can build relationships and generate new opportunities.

- Help connect SalesMonk with the right event organisers, sponsors, exhibitors and revenue leaders .

- Act as either a referral partner or participate in the sales process through to closing, depending on your preference.
- Help position SalesMonk around the customer's specific outbound, prospecting and pipeline-generation challenges .

- Build long-term relationships with revenue leaders and become a valuable GTM advisor.
- Stay updated on AI, sales technology, outbound, event-led growth and modern GTM practices .

Company Support: You won't be expected to build and execute everything yourself. SalesMonk provides the AI-powered engine and execution support behind the relationships you bring in.





SalesMonk will provide:

- A dedicated BD team to support AI-powered outbound campaigns, cold calling, discovery and product demos .

- AI-powered prospecting and lead-generation capabilities to support outbound and event-led campaigns.
- Sales and marketing collateral, case studies and partner enablement material.
- Training and product enablement.
- Support with events, webinars and market-development initiatives .

- Campaign support to identify and engage prospects before, during and after events .

- Customer onboarding and trials managed by the SalesMonk team.
- Full sales and marketing support if you prefer to operate purely as a referral partner.

Requirements:

- Strong network of CROs, VPs of Sales, Heads of GTM, Revenue Leaders, Heads of Events or senior sales executives .

- 8–10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, GTM, sales leadership, consulting, partnerships, events or related fields.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, outbound and pipeline generation .

- Experience or strong relationships within the SaaS, technology or events ecosystem .

- Strong relationship-building and commercial skills.
- Comfortable discussing AI-powered prospecting and its application to modern sales and GTM .

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and open doors independently.
- A strong network and ability to create introductions is more important than having a traditional sales background.

Compensation: Royalty Share: Upto 15% of deals on referrals and upto 7% royalty 2 year onwards
