Role DescriptionThe Application Architect / Integration Architect role is an on-site position based in Navi Mumbai, focused on designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance application and integration architectures within the banking/BFSI domain. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, defining architecture standards, evaluating technologies, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems. The architect will assess existing systems, resolve architectural challenges, design new solutions, and collaborate with development, consulting, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

The role also includes planning architectural improvements, supporting cloud migration strategies, optimizing system performance, assessing technology options based on cost and scalability, and establishing architecture best practices.

Qualifications





- Minimum 12+ years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years of banking/BFSI experience.
- Educational qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. BE/BTech is preferred; candidates with other undergraduate degrees must have a full-time MCA, MTech, or MSc in a relevant IT/Computer Science field.
- Robust expertise in Application Architecture, Integration Architecture, and Solution Design.
- Ability to design new (Greenfield) architectures and resolve issues in existing (Brownfield) architectures.
- Experience assessing infrastructure, applications, data, cloud environments, and system performance.
- Ability to evaluate and plan migration from monolithic banking systems to cloud-based environments, considering timelines, cost, quality, capacity, and risk.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technologies and the ability to compare platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud based on suitability, advantages, limitations, and commercial costs.
- For Application Architects: knowledge of Java/.NET, application design, UI frameworks, Azure Architecture, Java EE, and TOGAF.
- For Integration Architects: expertise in IBM Integration, MuleSoft, APIs, middleware, message queues (MQ), Kafka, and integration design.
- Strong analytical, consulting, communication, and technical decision-making skills.
- Ability to establish architecture standards, document technical solutions, guide project teams, and ensure security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Work Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Work Mode: Full-time, work from office, six days a week.
- Engagement Duration: 1 year.
