- Perform instrument calibration and prepare calibration reports.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation faults and identify problems in sensors, transmitters, control valves, and signal wiring.
- Work with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
- Understand and work with P&ID;, instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and hook-up drawings.
- Perform loop checking and assist with commissioning activities.
- Check 4-20 mA, 24 VDC, digital signals, and analogue I/O.
- Follow plant safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and maintenance standards.
- Maintain documentation such as inspection reports, calibration records, and maintenance history.
