Reporting To: Insurance Manager / Sales Manager
Job Purpose To generate motor insurance business, assist customers with policy issuance and renewals, and coordinate with insurance companies to ensure smooth and timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote motor insurance policies for recent and pre-owned vehicles.
- Explain insurance coverage, premiums, benefits, and add-on options to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers for quotations and policy issuance.
- Handle insurance renewals, customer follow-ups, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to generate insurance leads.
- Maintain insurance records and prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned insurance sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility & Skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Automobile dealership or motor insurance experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude, sales orientation, and target-driven approach.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
